Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bloxlift services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Bloxlift provides private server links for Roblox games. Our service allows users to access exclusive private servers for various Roblox games, including but not limited to Murder Mystery, Jailbreak, and other popular games. The service is available through our website and our mobile app.

Accounts

Some features (such as viewing and managing your purchased private servers) require a Bloxlift account. Accounts are passwordless: you sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send to it. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure — anyone who can read your email can access your account. You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your account information accurate.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page; deletion is confirmed with a code sent to your email and, once completed, permanently removes your account and the private servers linked to it.

Advertising and Ad Blockers

The free part of Bloxlift is funded by advertising. If you use an ad blocker, access to parts of the service may be limited until it is disabled for this site. Accounts with an ad-free setting enabled are exempt from both the ads and this restriction.

Purchases

Paid private servers can be purchased on the website (processed by Stripe) or inside our mobile app (processed by Google Play). Purchases are linked to the email address you verify during checkout and appear in your Bloxlift account. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and, for in-app purchases, additionally by Google Play's own refund rules.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Bloxlift, you agree to:

• Use our services only for legitimate purposes
• Not share private server links with unauthorized users
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit our services
• Not use our services to violate Roblox's Terms of Service
• Provide accurate information when requesting services

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Bloxlift are owned by Bloxlift or its licensors. Roblox and all related trademarks are the property of Roblox Corporation. Bloxlift is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Bloxlift services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from using private server links, including but not limited to game bugs, server downtime, or Roblox policy changes.

Limitation of Liability

Bloxlift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services — including your account and the private servers linked to it — at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bloxlift operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
